Canning is not cooking -- it is science! It is a process that needs to be followed exactly. In this online course, you will:

  • Learn about boiling water bath, pressure canning and steam canning and which process works best for different foods.
  • There are foods that should not be canned and recipes you should never adjust. However, there are a few ingredients that can be changed up. Learn which is which.
